In Taiwan, founder Gerry Lin, before the establishment of the company, he engaged in the relevant extrusion machinery manufacturing, such as blown film machine, blowing molding machine, waste recycling machine, drawing machine, bubble cloth machine, and laminating machine for nearly 12 years. Gerry Lin is very knowledgeable in the field of the detention machine. Since the founding of the company, Gerry devoted into t-die related plastic products as mechanical products research and development main objectives. First, he developed Kraft paper and PP/PE woven cloth laminating machine. In this industry, these product diversifications boosted growth and enhanced the firm’s position in the industry. Within three years, we have received sounding reputation in the research and development of Onion Bag Label laminating, wrapping papers, PP Tubular bag, PP Jumbo bag, BOPP Film laminating, PE Tarpaulin, Non-woven, and Automotive Carpets and other related laminating machine; approximately 60 units have been sold in domestic and foreign channels.

Research and development of high capacity production Polyethylene vinyl acetate (PEVA) film making machines, related machines are PEVA embossed film, glove film, two-layer and three-layer transparent film, protective film, PEVA and Non-woven laminating for surgery film.

Research and Development of PP HDPE Tape Line making machine, and the design of winding machine use magnet spacing induction as automatic tension control, line speed for 270 m/min. It was the most competing models on market at the time.

Research and Development of the first Three-layer PP Tape Line making machine with 450-500 Denier. This design makes the tape increase 10% tension, also reduce the cost of raw materials to improve working efficiency and product quality, it has won a good reputation among users.

Research and Development of new Onion Bag label laminating machine, and the line speed reached 150 meters/minute (suitable for automatic loading design).
